"My Dad was with John Russo State Farm until the agent passed away! Russo and Phyllis and the other lady who worked in the office were like family. These new agents are not like the old! They didn't reach out. They let my sons policy expire. No calls or text. We don't have any financial issues. So this was avoidable. Then they wanted to take my son's insurance from $180/ month to $480 /month absolutely insane! But said if i put name on the policy the policy could go back to $180. My dad was with State Farm 60+ yrs. I've been with them 40 yrs since 16yrs old. I started on my dads policy. I'm 56. Now they just messed over my son. My grandparents were with state farm. My son is 4th generation with State Farm. I filed a formal complaint. I do not recommend this agent. Thersa was rude and defensive. I'm the one being messed over an Thersa has an attitude! She couldn't answer my question regarding my increased liability by adding my name to my sons policy, she and went on a rant. I don't want my name on my sons policy. The whole thing is crap. There rating isn't 1 it is zero they earned it! I changed agents immediately!"

"This agent did not respond to messages left several times when Insurance company removed our insurance policy just because that we field a claim due to wind storm damage to our roof . What do they expect from homeowners? Make arrangement that wind storm does not damage roof?"

"I've been a customer for a decade. In the last year they attempted to triple my car insurance which after complaining was lowered, but still much more than I paid 12-18 months ago. Ive never filed an auto claim. I did reach out asking them to check my roof for damage after the storms. Apparently they not only took a look at my roof, but also opened a claim. I realized this once I got the check in the mail. I didnt want to open a claim if I didnt have to, but when I called upset was told this was a good thing that Id be getting my roof fixed for cheap. That is a lie because they dont cover the plywood under the shingles and if they have to be replaced would be an addition 4k on top of the 2k deductible. I recently got through my second bout with cancer. If you are new to insurance and dont have help Id run from this company. Now im stuck with an open claim I didnt request and high car insurance without the ability to leave and switch providers."
